The Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP) is the Department of Justice's competitive recruitment program for compensated summer internships. As a Summer Law Intern, you'll be a member of a team where you can develop your legal skills and contribute your talents to our important mission. Duties vary according to the mission of the hiring office.

Requirements & Education
Full-or part-time law students who have completed at least one full semester of legal study by the application deadline. Completion of at least one semester of law school is required.
