The Director of the Division of Financial Reporting advises the NIH Director, NIH Principal Deputy Director, NIH Deputy Director for Management, the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, senior DHHS officials, & senior Institutes/Centers staff.
The Director of the Division of Policy & Quality is responsible for overseeing critical functions for OFM including policy development, assessment, auditing quality assurance, performing internal review activities, & conducting statistical analysis services.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, directs, and manages the operation of the organization requiring a comprehensive knowledge and application of accounting principles, concepts, and techniques, as well as requirements of central oversight agencies.
