Job Summary

Provide full range of supervisory duties in the planning and coordination of nursing staff. Engage healthcare administrative measures for nursing program accreditation compliance. Provide leadership and guidance through demonstration of Advanced Nurse Practitioner expertise in patient care services. Total Compensation Package - Check out IHS's outstanding total compensation package for this job: Nurse Practitioner Total Compensation | Pay (ihs.gov) Supervise, plan, direct, manage and evaluate the Healthcare Nursing Program for multiple tiers based to community needs. Evaluate staff work performance and establish patient care priorities. Provide direct patient care, evaluate medical practices, and adjust treatment plans. Serve as subject matter expert to nursing staff, provide technical guidance, mentor APN's through coordination of care, and identify training needs. Responsible for nursing program compliance to commissioned board accountability, compile and analyze programmatic data in order to produce reports, correction plans, and audits. REQUIREMENTS This is a competitive vacancy announcement advertised under Direct Hire Authority.
