Contacts take place in meetings and conferences or in unplanned situations where the NTMO is designated as a contact point, and these meetings have the potential for considerable consequence to the National Airspace System. The National Operations Manager (NOM) provides general administrative and operational supervision. The NTMO also provides general supervision and team leadership to other NTMOs by establishing work priorities and delegation of tasks.
