The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Director of Operations - Air Transportation Manager, sharing with the commander the full scope of responsibility for directing the activities of the Air Mobility Squadron (AMS) and overseeing the planning, direction, and timely execution of high visibility AMS programs. Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the (name of the organization). Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents AMS and Command with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Provides expertise, authority, and advice on all aspects of air transportation logistics. Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments.
