Job Summary

As a Supervisory Attorney Adviser (Civil Rights) at the GS-0905-14, you will be part of the Workforce Engagement & Accommodation Resources Division, Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on matters regarding all aspects of promoting equal employment opportunity (EEO) throughout the agency, and to manage all engagement and accommodation programs, training, and initiatives at the EEOC.

Major Duties

Supervises, plans, directs, and evaluates a division’s reasonable accommodation and accessibility programs; assigns work, evaluates performance, resolves grievances, recommends selections, and oversees employee training and development.
