Job Summary

This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 9905. DISA has been delegated authority by the Under Secretary of Defense to directly appoint qualified candidates possessing a finance, accounting, or management background related to the functions of the position to be filled. Develops complex budgetary products across diverse funding streams (e.g., appropriated or working capital funds) throughout the financial planning and execution lifecycle to support executive strategic initiatives.

Requirements & Education

There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-15 grade level.
