The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Deputy Chief, Marketing Director at a major command (MAJCOM) with responsibility for directing all marketing activities under the Total Force (TF) Recruiting charter for the United States Air Force (USAF) components (comprised of Regular Air Force Recruiting (RegAF), Air Force Reserve (AFR) Recruiting, Air National Guard (ANG) Recruiting and Retention, US Air Force Academy, AF Reserve Officer Training Corps,) and the United States Space Force (USSF), sharing with the Chief, Marketing Director the full scope of responsibility for directing the activities of the MAJCOM and, in the chief's absence, possesses the same authority and prerogatives.
Duties: Guides the Directorate's plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of all marketing and advertising efforts across the Air Force and Space Force enterprise. Participates with the Chief, Marketing Director in the exercise of supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Air Force Marketing to a variety of functional area organizations.
Provides Marketing expertise, authority, and acquisition management support and oversight of all aspects of USAF and USSF marketing programs.
