This position is located at the Chemawa Indian Health Center, Salem, Oregon. The position will serve as the Director of the Behavioral Health Department, which provides comprehensive behavioral/mental health services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and elderly patients and comprehensive outpatient alcohol/drug treatment services. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Assesses, plans, and provides comprehensive and therapeutic medical care to individual geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric and infant patients and their family in regards to medication management.
Participates in quality improvement programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance. Promotes organizational and professional obligations; completion of clinical records/documentation in a timely manner.
