About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Rocker Enlisted Club on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan.
Assist in monitoring and coordinating club activities including the planned food and beverage service, schedule banquet and special parties, catering requirements and other social activities. Monitors operations of the club or assigned area, normally during absence of the Manager and/or Assistant Manager. Normally at night, weekends, and/or holidays. Determines and obtains required merchandise, goods, and services. Responsible for the receipt, safekeeping, deposit, disbursement, and accountability of all activity funds, including daily and monthly financial record keeping requirements. Assures patrons satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer problems. Directs and supervises assigned personnel for the enlisted club complex which include: Club Operations Assistants, Security Guards, and I.D. Checkers. Selects, plans and establishes work schedules, assigning and distributing work, counseling employees, maintaining employee records. Directly responsible for safety, self-inspection, sanitation, fire protection, corporate focus, training, resource protection, and continuity.
