Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Chief and program manager, organizing, directing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees within the Civil Engineer Squadron Portfolio Optimization Element. Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Element. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Element with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Communicates and coordinates Element issues with higher headquarters, regulatory agencies, other installation units, community officials, etc.

Directs the development and execution of Element budget, and preparation of Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) documentation in support of engineering planning.
