This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Chief of the Master Planning/Real Property Division and advisor to the Director of Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and the Garrison Commander on all issues pertaining to the Installation Real Property Master Plan (RPMP), Enhanced-Use Leases (EUL), and real property.
Serve as the Master Planning/Real Property Division Chief for the Directorate of Public Works at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG).
