In this position you will be responsible for developing regulations relating to compliance activities; evaluating fees barged for official services provided by delegated/designated states and private agencies under the United States Grain Standards Act and by state cooperators under the Agricultural Marketing Act for fair and reasonable pricing; and coordinating requests for program personnel to appear in judicial and administrative proceedings.
