Job Summary
Do you have experience managing utilities generation systems equipment and inventory? If so, consider joining our amazing team with the NIH, Office of Research Facilities (ORF), Division of Technical Resources!
As a Supervisory Engineering Technician you will oversee the Asset Management Section accountable for software tools, modules, and application development related to the computerized maintenance management system for utilities generation systems that support NIH facilities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisory Engineering Technician in ORF you will: Maintain responsibility for oversight of the Asset Management Section Direct and ensure proper execution of software tools, modules, and application development Oversee and coordinate Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) activities Coordinate and develop workflows and administrative procedures for utility systems and components Manage and generate schedules for utility system maintenance and shutdowns Supervise and manage subordinate employees, including scheduling and performance
