Job Summary
As a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Investigator (Enforcement Manager) at the GS-1860-14, you will be part of the St. Louis District Office, Office of Field Programs, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the Enforcement Units and the Systemic Unit of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Provides technical and administrative supervision to subordinate supervisors and staff, including evaluating performance, assigning work, identifying training needs, and improving quality and efficiency of investigative operations.
