You will serve as a Supervisory Facility Management Systems Program Coordinator with National Park Service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisory Facility Management Systems Program Coordinator, you will perform the following duties: Formulates, implements, and monitors Facility Management Software System (FMSS) policies and procedures. Identifies planning needs and formulates annual strategies for the development and maintenance of accurate and consistent business practices. Oversees the development, implementation, and execution of Park Asset Management Plans (PAMP).
Provides advice and services on asset management business practices including the effective use of FMSS data management systems. Participates with planning and improving asset management practices. Coordinates and/or provides FMSS training and mentoring. Participates in the formulation and execution of long-range strategies for facility development, rehabilitation, recapitalization, and operations and maintenance (O&M) activities.

The posted pay range is $101375 – $131790/yr.
