Job Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist with National Park Service in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania at Gettysburg National Military Park.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Monitors and evaluates maintenance programs affecting park operations. Manages Facility Management Software Systems for cost effective management of assets. Develops and implements management strategies. Performs and maintains asset inventories and condition assessments. Coordinates project scope, goals, and objectives. Manages the division's budget.
Oversees the process for reporting loss time incidents. Implements safety and training programs. Identifies program and operational deficiencies. Exercise full range of supervisory duties for 4 or more subordinates.
