Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is: Serves as the Flight Chief of the Force Support Flight (FS) encompassing the Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC), and Child and Youth Services (CYS) to include the Child Development Center (CDC), School Age Program (SAP), and Part Day Pre-School Program (PPP).

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the M&FRC and CYS programs and services Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.

Directs, coordinates, and oversees work of the M&FRC and CYS through subordinate supervisors and/or team leaders Represents the Air Base Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for Military and Family Readiness and Child and Youth Service programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements
