Job Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, Division of Financial Integrity (DFI) located in Rockville, Maryland. Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisory Financial Integrity Specialist, you will: Direct Branch operations providing financial oversight and pre-award and post-award monitoring of HRSA grantees. Develop strategic and tactical plans to align Branch activities with Administration, Congressional, Departmental, and HRSA initiatives. Implement complex internal goals and controls and ensures Branch adherence in carrying out financial oversight responsibilities.
Advise HRSA management and program managers on financial audits, reviews, external assessments, and resolution of grantee findings. Provide authoritative guidance and leadership on complex financial issues affecting one or more major agency organizations. Establish long- and short-range work objectives and allocates resources to accomplish Branch priorities and responsibilities.
Resolve administrative and technical issues and coordinates Branch work with Division components and internal and external organizations.
