This position is located in a Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC) in the organization of the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) with the incumbent serving as the Manager of the Accounts Management Department. The CPAC is a regionally consolidated business entity established to enhance revenue operations throughout the VHA network by standardization and consolidation of functions, and the integration of VA and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent serves as the manager of Accounts Management and the CPAC's expert technical authority on matters relating to financial analysis and reporting of patient accounts. Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Telework: May be authorized in accordance with agency policy and supervisory approval.
