The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Resource Management Section of the Force Support Squadron.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Resource Management Section, ensuring that the financial service operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Resource Management Section with a variety of installation and functional are organizations. Develops, implements, and monitors financial service operations and establishes internal accounting controls.
