The primary purpose of this position is to serve as first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Cyber Acquisition Section, Financial Management Branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. - Responsible for formulating, justifying and defending positions on the total assigned budget. - Represent the branch with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. - Serve as the financial management advisor to the Division and as a technical authority to all levels of management, contractors, and their activities.
