About the Position: This position falls under the Defense Health Agency-Atlantic Network at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth servicing as the Supervisory Engineer (Mechanical/General/Electrical) and the Command's senior technical authority on professional facility engineering systems, exercising full technical, administrative, and supervisory authority over the Consolidated Engineering Division. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and direct all professional, multidisciplinary engineering planning, programming, design, capital construction, maintenance, and facility repairs across the primary hospital facility and all assigned outlying medical and dental clinics.
Requirements & Education
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
