This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Chief of the Utilities Engineering Branch in the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and is responsible for the oversight and management of the installation's maintenance, energy, and utility privatization programs.
