The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first-level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 21st Logistics Readiness Squadron, Material Management Flight, Customer Support Section.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Plans, organizes and directs the activities of the Equipment Accountability Element, Customer Support Liaison Element, within the Logistics Readiness Squadron, ensuring Customer Support complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Represents the Customer Support and Equipment accountability elements with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Directs and conducts extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns.
