Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Health Scientist, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Directing and overseeing multi-functional program activities involving a broad and complex range of scientific public health programs that are operated domestically or abroad. Consulting on, monitoring, and measuring the outcomes of national regulatory and advisory programs.
Leading the design, implementation, and analysis of significant collaborative studies with national or international policy or program implications. Serving on review committees, study groups, public health task groups, or comparable groups delegated responsibility for reviewing and developing public health programs, procedures and guidelines as they relate to the Division's regulatory programs.
Requirements & Education
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
