Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits), at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties Serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist of the Benefit and Retirement Unit Responsible for administering the HROCs retirement programs and benefits Plan and schedule work to be accomplished by subordinates Develop goals and objectives that integrate organizational and strategic HR objectives Formulate strategic plans for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of benefits and retirement programs Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement reflects the lowest and highest potential salaries for this position.

The actual salary range will be based on the applicable locality pay for the selected duty location. General Schedule locality pay tables may be found under Salaries & Wages. Note: One or more positions may be filled using this vacancy announcement.
