The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Air Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA), Case Services Directorate.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Case Services Directorate, ensuring that AFRBA case analysis and case management complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities Serves as a senior analyst and subject matter expert across all boards and councils of the Air Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA), Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, Manpower and Reserve Affairs Represents the Air Force Review Boards Agency with a variety of installation and functional area organizations Manages all procedural aspects of AFRBA cases throughout the entire case lifecycle
