Job Summary
About the Position: Serves as the Recruitment and Placement Branch Chief performing operational assignments in Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA). CHRA is responsible for operational HR effectiveness worldwide to include establishing and maintaining standards and measurements, total quality management, organizational development and workforce utilization for the Army's delivery of civilian personnel administrative services.

Supervise and guide recruitment and placement staff including assigning work and reviewing personnel actions.
