As a Supervisory Inspections and Compliance Manager,you will perform the following duties: Assessing compliance with federal standards and policies of ICE detention facilities. Establishing guidelines and performance expectations for staff members. Providing oversight for the review and analysis of detention/program inspections and investigations.
Leading long-and short-term strategic planning and conducting risk-based analyses to establish annual inspection schedules, programmatic oversight priorities, and detention processes. Directing the creation of compliance inspection reports, audit reviews, and data dashboards while collaborating across organizational lines to resolve systemic issues and develop corrective action plans.
Providing expert advice and briefings on detention and programmatic oversight issues, including recommendations for improved processes and procedures.
There is no substitution of education for experience at this grade level.
