Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor by planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Office of Procurement Fraud Investigations and serve as an AFOSI Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA) and subject matter expert responsible for the analytical direction, oversight, and coordination of AFOSI investigations, operations, collections, and target management.
Key Responsibilities
DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of AFOSI, ensuring that analytic support to major procurement fraud complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. DUTY 3: Executes and manages worldwide Department of the Air Force (DAF) law enforcement (LE) and/or counterintelligence (CI) analytical missions.
DUTY 4: Establishes and maintains a current series of liaison contacts with, represents AFOSI at, and collaborates with DAF, DoD, national, and international agencies as a recognized authority in the field of intelligence support to LE and/or CI activities. DUTY 5: Represents AFOSI with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
