Job Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Chief of the Civil Works Program Branch, Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD) Supervisory Interdisciplinary that may be filled with any one of the following GS -14 series: Architecture Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
As the Civil Works Program Branch Chief and senior program manager, the incumbent has overall responsibility for planning civil works programs, projects, and assignments within the Philadelphia District's (NAP) area of responsibility.
Requirements & Education
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
