This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the Supervisory Engineer or Architect with direct responsibility for field engineering work associated with the construction program in the assigned geographical area.
Supervises, plans, directs, organizes, assigns, coordinates, and reviews the work of subordinate employees engaged in construction operations, contract administration, technical engineering, and administrative work.
