Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to exercise technical and managerial authorities over the Complaints Resolution Directorate (SAF/IGQ) under the Secretary of the Air Force Inspector General (SAF/IG). Serves as the principal advisor to the Director, Complaints Resolution Directorate, on complaint resolution strategies and IG investigations.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Secretary of the Air Force Inspector General Complaints Resolution Division (SAF/IGQ), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Provides technical leadership to 20 SAF/IGQ action officers consisting of active duty, AFR, ANG, and DAF civilian personnel. Represents SAF/IGQ with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
