Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to exercise first level supervisory and technical advisory authorities over the Network Infrastructure and Network Operations work-centers in the 99th Communications Squadron, Operations Flight, and serves as the Cyber Operations Technical Advisor for Nellis Air Force Base (AFB).
Key Responsibilities
As a senior IT technical advisor, performs feasibility studies on complex information systems and conducts in-depth analyses complicated by novel problems. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 99th Communications Squadron, ensuring that the SCO Operations Flight, Network Operations and Cyber Defense Network Operations work-centers, complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the 99th Communications Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
