Job Summary

This position serves as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/PLCYPLN) located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Cybersecurity Services Staff, Administration, Shared Services & Internal Controls Directorate in Washington, DC.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide directorate for information security, project management, advisory services, Continuity of Operations, Contracting Officers Representative functions and supervisory authority of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/PLCYPLN), GS-2210-15 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Leads enterprise level oversight of national IT shared services programs to ensure governance integration and alignment with national security priorities. Prepares and justify IT budget requirements and ensure auditing and oversight controls.

Monitors contractor performance, cost controls, and deliverables for compliance with FAR, FITARA, and DOJ OCIO requirements. Develops long range IT strategic plans aligned with national security, agency priorities, and federal mandates. Identifies vulnerabilities, security gaps, and recommend corrective actions to prevent mission impact.

Requirements & Education
