The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory logistics management specialist employees assigned to Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Cost Per Flying Hour (CPFH) Branch, Logistics Resources and Integration Division, Logistics Directorate, HQ AMC.

Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Logistics Directorate, HQ AMC, ensuring that the CLS and CPFH Branch complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents, Logistics Resources and Integration Division, Logistics Directorate, HQ AMC with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Serves as branch chief CLS and Cost Per Flying Hour resource management activities, provides technical and administrative guidance to subordinate specialists/analysts. Provides logistics program management analysis support to facilitate and ensure a smooth transition, of newly acquired systems and subsystems, from interim contract support (ICS) to contractor support and from contractor support or interim contract support to organic support.
This position is with Air Mobility Command, Department of the Air Force.
