Key Responsibilities

As a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties: Supervise and direct a multi-functional, geographically dispersed team; assigns work, establishes performance standards, and fosters professional development to ensure mission accomplishment. Direct day-to-day operations for supplies, realty, and logistics support programs; establishes operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics across the enterprise.

Plan, justify, and coordinate organizational resource requirements (supplies, equipment, and services); collaborates with financial and acquisition authorities to ensure timely execution. Oversee real property requirements; coordinates inter-agency agreements (MOUs/MOAs) and partners with external federal entities such as General Services Agency and United States Army Corps of Engineers.

Analyze operational data to produce executive briefings, reports, and evidence-based recommendations that support agency leadership in strategic resource allocation and decision-making. Lead the agency-wide office supply program; manages distribution methods, workflows, inventory controls, order fulfillment, and replenishment strategies to support customer-centric enterprise operations.
