The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise first level supervisory and managerial authorities over the AF/A4P Logistics Career Broadeners, as Logistics Career Field Manager for the Director of Resource Integration, Engineering and Force Protection, Headquarters U.S. Air Force.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Logistics Civilian Human Capital program to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements meet organizational goals and objectives and meet customer mission needs. Represents AF/A4PR Directorate of Resource Integrations with a variety of MAJCOM, installation, and functional area organizations.
Primary Logistics program management lead responsible for total force civilian Logistics Human Capital recruitment, development, and sustainment through application of Human Resource Life Cycle Management. Analyzes, develops, prepares, and presents Logistics Career Field informational and promotional material to target audiences and represents HAF/A4P at a wide variety of organizational and functional organizations, working groups, councils, or committees.
Serves as executive advisor on programs and initiatives for CFM, maintains cognizance on the effectiveness and status of various programs and activities by tracking and reviewing program status, metrics, reports, and results.
