This position is located in the Office of Strategic Solutions Business and Program Management Division .The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to develop, communicate, supervise, and execute strategic and operational initiatives to further the OCHCO mission.
The Division Director manages three Branches encompassing Strategic Planning, Intra-FEMA Human Capital leadership forum, OCHCOs Budget and Procurements, and the customer-service focused executive front office.
What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will be the advisor to the Chief Human Capital Officer and Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer for OCHCO day-to-day activities and functions.
Typical assignments include: Overseeing and directing OCHCO procurements and budget planning and expenditures through the FEMA PPBE process Overseeing and directing OCHCO strategic and operational planning, and Human Capital Advisory Board participation in theline with FEMA's Enterprise Governance Structure Overseeing and directing the human resources function servicing OCHCO Overseeing and directing OCHCO's executive front office and customer service interface What else do I need to know?
