As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST, you will: Lead and oversee program monitoring and compliance activities by establishing organizational goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that support agency mission requirements. Provide technical leadership for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating programmatic and procedural initiatives to improve program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Manage and supervise a team of analysts and administrative staff by assigning work, evaluating performance, approving personnel actions, identifying training needs, and ensuring accomplishment of organizational goals. Direct the preparation, analysis, and communication of program reports, records, and work products while advising leadership on program progress, resource requirements, and strategic priorities.
Represent organizational leadership as a subject matter expert on program compliance and management issues with internal and external stakeholders, including Federal partners, community organizations, healthcare entities, and congressional staff.
