This position is part of the Office of Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the National Nuclear Security Administration's Workforce and Manpower Programs. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Workforce Management and Manpower Supervisor), you will: Plan, organize, monitor and direct the activities of the Workforce Management Branch ensuring that services comply with statutory, regulatory, agency requirements and provide technical assistance on complex and sensitive matters. Administer the National Nuclear Security Administration workforce planning program and provide input on the development of the vision, direction, goals, and objectives of the program to enable the Agency to accomplish its mission and bridge the gap between the present and future organizational workforce requirements. Devise and recommend an integrated approach to workforce planning and management, providing long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones. Conduct and manage a variety of complex mid and long-range studies and developing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership officials.
