Key Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will: Manage the planning, direction and execution of all organizational operations; and provide administrative and technical oversight of subordinate staff. Analyze and evaluate the management practices, methods, and administrative operations of substative organizations and complex functions.
Review and evaluate managerial policies and procedures to determine gaps where additional guidance is needed and analyze the impact of new and proposed legislation on Agency operations. Complile data and prepare complex administrative reports which encompass workforce and organizational issues, proposed plans and proposals for implementing Executive Orders and new legislation.
Serve as a risk advisor and technical expert to Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) senior leadership.
Requirements & Education
