As a Supervisory Mission Support Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Evaluate the performance of mission support activities responsible for planning, managing, and/or evaluating all administrative functions (e.g., budget, procurement, human resources, property, fleet, etc.) within the field office. Provide guidance to personnel at all levels of complex administrative matters.
Analyze workflow throughout the organization to identify need for process improvement measures. Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates based on capabilities commensurate with mission requirements. Coordinate interagency solutions on issues, programs, policies, or processes in relation to the administrative functions of the organization.
