Job Summary

Provide a full range of supervisory duties to nursing and support staff. Engage patient care services within healthcare medical facilities and field locations such as home, office, schools, and communities. Use tracking systems to establish standards, provide tutorials to staff, and construction improvement activities. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Recruitment incentive may be authorized up to 25% of base pay.

Major Duties

Formulate reports and proposals through data derived from national, state, area, and tribal resources. Establish measurable nursing goals for direct patient care. Provide technical guidance and training to subordinate nursing staff. Provide direct patient care services under a valid unrestricted license as a registered nurse. REQUIREMENTS This is a competitive vacancy announcement advertised under Direct Hire Authority.
