This position is located in the Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care, Pinon Health Center, Arizona. Incumbent will develop goals and objective, policies and procedures, and nursing standards for the nursing program in alignment with the Public Health Nursing Program and will report directly to the Director of Public Health. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Supervises and manages Public Health Nursing staff by assigning work, evaluating performance, developing employees, and ensuring effective program operations. Coordinates interdisciplinary and community partnerships to promote continuity of care, public health initiatives, and population-based health outcomes. Provides clinical leadership and technical guidance in public health nursing, including oversight of patient care, evidence-based interventions, and quality improvement activities. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, nursing standards, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies while managing program resources, reporting, and performance measures.
