The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Air Combat Command Studies and Analysis Squadron (ACC SAS). Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of ACC SAS analysts, ensuring that analytic projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents ACC SAS, serving as the command's focal point for operational analysis in support of ACC units, with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Serves as a recognized technical expert with ACC-wide scope and responsibility in the design and execution of scientific studies, analysis, programming, surveys, and technical evaluation to enable data-driven decisions.
