This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the EMS Chief with responsibility for the overall management and supervision of the Emergency Medical Service Program that provides EMS to the installation assigned. Manage the Advanced Life Support (ALS) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Program for the assigned Army or Joint Base installation and provides subject matter and training expertise in all operations at the responder level.
