The incumbent of this position supervises a team of passport specialists within the Philadelphia Passport Agency. Under the overall supervision of an Adjudication Manager, the incumbent supervises the acceptance and adjudication of passport applications and authorization of issuance to qualified American citizens and nationals as provided by the laws and regulations of the United States.
Plans, schedules, and prioritizes the work of subordinate staff and adjusts assignments as needed.
