Plans work to be accomplished by staff and prepares schedules for completion of work; assigns work based on priorities and capabilities of employees and evaluates work performance. Provides or assures the provision of primary medical care in all medical categories to ambulatory patients. Interviews and examines patients, reviews past medical history, and requests and/or performs diagnostic tests and examinations.
Provides medical care and public health services to individuals eligible for services provided by the IHS in homes, schools, clinics, job sites, and other community locations within the Service Unit.
